Volvo’s New “Care by Volvo” Program Allows Customers to Swap Cars Every Four Months

If you’re the type of driver who likes trying out the latest, most cutting-edge ride every chance you get, Volvo’s existing Care by Volvo subscription service program just got even more interesting.

Volvo has recently announced that it will now allow customers subscribed to this service to swap their existing ride out for an all-new one as frequently as every four months. 

This means that if you decide to get behind the wheel of the compact and sporty Volvo XC40 for example, only to decide a few months later that the bold and personal Volvo S60 sedan is more your speed, you can switch rides just like that.

Previously, the Care By Volvo program offered this option only once every 12 months, but the new and improved shortened timetable can be extremely beneficial to many Volvo drivers, especially if they live in an area that changes dramatically from season to season.

Currently, Care by Volvo is offered as a premium subscription service, the monthly cost of which covers the vehicle itself, its required maintenance, and insurance coverage. When the program was first announced in 2018, the concept was so popular it even led to production delays.

Two years later, the high-class manufacturer has perfected the program substantially. Now, even with the relatively quick swap-out timeline, Volvo has guaranteed that subscribers will always get their new vehicle of choice on  time. 

In addition, vehicles that are turned in as part of the program will be added to the pre-owned inventory section of the participating retailer.
